The Alpha Clinics Network funded through CIRM has one unifying goal: to accelerate the development and delivery of stem cell therapies to patients. Five alpha clinic stem cell sites have been funded through CIRM at UCLA-UCI, UCSD, UCSF, UC Davis and City of Hope.
The key to the Alpha Stem Cell Clinics Network's success is its ability to leverage the strengths of each individual clinic—so that together they form an efficient, scalable and sustainable network that will attract and conduct high-quality clinical trials.
